Disney is developing a subdivision just three miles from Disney World in Orlando, but the homes aren’t for typical families, and they come with a hefty price tag. The houses in Golden Oak cost between $1.5 million to $8 million, according to real estate news site Inman News. The upscale community is gated and guarded, providing security for the affluent homebuyers. There are other perks to living in the community, such as three years of unlimited VIP access to the parks for the homeowner and four guests, door-to-park van service and access to special events.
