  • Negotiate all terms of the purchase, including all contingencies for appraisal, loan, inspection, hold-over possession, exclusions, lease-back (if any), increased deposit (if any), tax deferred exchange or sale contingency, if applicable.

  • We work with a Transaction Coordinator who manages the file, while the agent is out of the office to ensure paperwork flows smoothly toward a successful closing.
  • Offer you reliable escrow, lending and title services at competitive prices.
  • We will provide you with all the contracts and required state, local and area disclosure forms.
  • Our Transaction Coordinator will plan a time line of your contingencies and actively track their performance.

4. Help you determine what you can afford and arrange for financing.
