Gary is the Associate Broker for Prudential California Realty in Ventura County. He has an extensive background in sales and received the President’s Circle Award in 2009, which is given to only the top 3% of all Prudential Agents.
Gary is an ECertified sales professional. This designation certifies that he has knowledge of leading internet marketing solutions available to market properties online; the ability to generate, send, sign and receive electronic documents and images; Access to the latest in digital photography to enhance the home-shopping experience; and an understanding of current technology options available to consumers to help them research important property and financial information. Gary is also a Relocation Specialist.

In addition to having the ECertification, Lisa is also an accredited Staging Professional and a Relocation Specialist. The Relocation Specialty means that she can provide the specialized knowledge and experience needed to effectively service relocation transferees and market relocation inventory properties.

Miki has lived in Ventura County since 1988 after moving here from Hawaii.
She worked in Title from 1996 – 2000; Loan processor 2001; Transaction Coordinator from 2005 to present. Miki has also had her Real Estate License since 2001.
Miki is the Transaction Coordinator for this team and is second to none! She will follow your transaction from start to finish making sure all the necessary paperwork is completed; inspections reports are in; deadlines are met and ensure that everything is ready for a timely closing.
