Gary Schoeffler

Gary is the Associate Broker for Prudential California Realty in Ventura County.  He has an extensive background in sales and received the Charmian’s Circle Award in 2009 awarded to the top 2% of all Prudential Agents and the President’s Circle Award in 2008, which is awarded to only the top 3% of all Prudential Agents.

Gary is an ECertified sales professional.  This designation certifies that he has knowledge of leading internet marketing solutions available to market properties online; the ability to generate, send, sign and receive electronic documents and images;  Access to the latest in digital photography to enhance the home-shopping experience; and an understanding of current technology options available to consumers to help them research important property and financial information.  Gary is also a Certified Relocation Specialist and a Certified Short Sale Specialist.  Gary is experienced in handling short sale transactions.  Besides his passion for Real Estate, he can be easily persuaded onto the golf course, his other passion!

Lisa is a 3rd generation Real Estate Professional.  She grew up in this business as her mother and grandmother were both long time residential Realtors.  Lisa has an extensive sales and high-tech marketing background; she earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Management with a minor in Economics.

Miki has lived in Ventura County since 1988 after moving here from Hawaii.

She worked in Title from 1996 – 2000; Loan processor 2001; Transaction Coordinator from 2005 to present.  Miki has also had her Real Estate License since 2001.
